The Opportunity
We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about building intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. This role is central to shaping how users interact with our platform and will play a major role in both product and brand design. You’ll partner with engineers, product leads, and marketers to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead design efforts across Fincent’s web and mobile products
• Translate business needs into clean, user-centered design solutions
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system across the product
• Conduct user research to inform design direction and improve usability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring features from concept to launch
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and design consistency across the platform
• Contribute to the growth of a design-led culture within the company

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design
• A portfolio that shows strong interaction design, visual polish, and strategic thinking
• Experience working in agile or early-stage environments
• Fluency in Figma and comfort with prototyping tools
• Clear communicator who can explain design choices to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Solid grasp of user experience best practices and systems thinking
