Construction Link (C-Link) is a rapidly growing ConstructionTech company transforming construction procurement. We automate workflows and help subcontractors win more work efficiently. Our two main brands are:

The Opportunity:
We are expanding our product team and seeking our first UI/UX Designer. This is a unique chance to shape the design and user experience of our platform, working closely with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and development teams.

As a remote-first company based around London, we regularly meet in person for company meetups.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for the C-Link platform
  • Design engaging digital assets including in-app visuals, email templates, notifications, and messaging creatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and development teams
  • Maintain and enforce our design system while partnering with developers
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to support UX initiatives
  • Use user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions
  • Ensure visual and brand consistency across all user touchpoints
  • Stay current with design trends and bring innovative ideas to the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong digital design background
  • Ability to work independently as the sole designer and establish design processes
  • Portfolio demonstrating wireframes, prototypes, and polished final designs
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Miro
  • Understanding of UX research, testing, and data-driven design improvements
  • Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, and color attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with initiative and the drive to push projects forward
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, animation, or video editing tools
  • Based near London and comfortable working remotely with regular in-person meetups
