Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the team behind Fusion by Devoted, our collaboration and content delivery platform. You’ll design intuitive, visually consistent experiences for a creative, fast-moving environment — ideally bringing prior experience with marketplace platforms or multi-sided products.
What You’ll Do
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex, data-rich interfaces.
- Maintain a cohesive visual language and brand consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape impactful features.
- Conduct user research, create personas and journey maps, and run usability tests.
- Ensure design quality through handoffs, reviews, and QA.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven product design experience, ideally on marketplace or platform-based services.
- Strong UI design skills for information-heavy interfaces.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Experience with UX research, design thinking, and human-centered design principles.
- Understanding of typography, layout, and branding.
- Basic coding knowledge to work effectively with developers.
- Bonus: Skills in Photoshop, After Effects, animation, or illustration.
