Docker is looking for a UX Researcher to help shape developer experiences used by millions worldwide. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and the developer community to uncover insights that drive product improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and conduct exploratory, generative, and evaluative research
- Select appropriate research methods and run studies across multiple projects
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Share results through reports, personas, journey maps, and other formats
- Advocate for user needs and research best practices within the organization
- Contribute to building scalable research processes and standards
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in UX research or related fields
- Knowledge of behavioral and mixed-method research
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
- Experience with developer tools or an engineering background (preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or B2B2C products (preferred)
