UI-UX Designer

Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer experienced in Squarespace and/or Framer to bring premium design concepts to life. This role involves transforming refined design inspirations into interactive, responsive websites that combine elegance with performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, conversion-focused websites using Squarespace or Framer.
• Adapt elements like typography, layout, imagery, and micro-interactions from inspiration sources into original, brand-consistent designs.
• Incorporate smooth transitions, scroll effects, and subtle animations to elevate the user experience.
• Optimize for flawless performance across desktop and mobile devices.
• Work closely with stakeholders on brand alignment, messaging, and visual hierarchy.
• Add features such as contact forms, galleries, and portals while maintaining design integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of Squarespace and/or Framer projects.
• A sharp eye for minimalist, luxury-inspired design, with mastery of typography, spacing, and layout structure.
• Proficiency in Framer’s advanced interactive tools or Squarespace developer mode (including custom CSS/JS).
• Ability to create original designs that capture the feel of premium reference sites without direct duplication.
• Skilled in responsive design, performance optimization, and asset preparation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics (Lottie, GIFs, SVG).
• Knowledge of Webflow.
• Understanding of SEO and UX best practices.
• Previous work with finance, real estate, or luxury clients.
