Xplor is hiring a UI/UX Designer to help improve the digital experiences behind Momence, its platform for fitness studios, wellness centers, dance schools, salons, golf facilities, and other membership-based businesses.
Used by more than 5,500 businesses and hundreds of thousands of customers every month, the platform helps businesses manage operations, bookings, memberships, payments, and customer engagement. You'll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive experiences that solve real business problems.
What you'll do
You'll be involved throughout the product design process, from research to final implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Designing intuitive interfaces that balance usability with visual consistency.
- Organizing information architecture and navigation for complex workflows.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout development.
- Contributing to the evolution of the company's design system and UI guidelines.
- Participating in usability testing and refining designs based on user feedback.
- Keeping up with emerging UX trends and bringing new ideas into the product.
What they're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Experience working within Agile product teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
