Bags is a Solana-based token launchpad founded in 2023. In a short time, it has become one of the leading revenue-generating products in the crypto space. The company’s mission is to build the fastest and most reliable infrastructure for Solana token launches and trading — where every millisecond counts.
Bags helps creators, artists, and entrepreneurs launch their own tradable tokens (“coins”) to fund ideas and grow communities around their work.
The team is small (5 people) but highly ambitious, shipping fast and building for a global user base.
About the Role
Bags is looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, visually engaging experiences for complex fintech and crypto workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and product leads to simplify intricate systems into elegant, easy-to-use interfaces across both web and mobile.
Experience in crypto, fintech, or other fast-paced industries is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile.
- Turn product requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system for consistency and speed.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine features and interactions.
- Conduct user testing and integrate feedback into design iterations.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across all interfaces.
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging best practices.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showing UI/UX work on complex or data-heavy applications.
- Expertise in Figma or similar design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Deep understanding of interaction design and responsive layouts.
- Experience creating and maintaining component libraries or design systems.
- Ability to prototype user flows and interactions clearly.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Interest or experience in web3 and blockchain.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, self-directed mindset suited to fast-paced, early-stage environments.
