VELZI AI is building an AI-powered fintech platform designed to automate accounting workflows, and they're looking for a UI/UX Designer who wants to work beyond the boundaries of traditional design handoffs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between Figma, Framer, and the browser. You'll design the experience, prototype how it should behave, and use HTML and CSS to help turn those ideas into working interfaces.
What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-moving startup environment, with responsibility for both the visual quality and usability of the product.
Your work will include:
- Designing end-to-end product experiences and interfaces in Figma.
- Building interactive, high-fidelity prototypes with Framer.
- Translating designs into responsive HTML and CSS for rapid prototyping and development.
- Creating and evolving reusable components, UI libraries, and design systems.
- Designing experiences that work naturally across desktop and mobile.
- Testing ideas with users, gathering feedback, and iterating on what you learn.
- Working directly with developers and product managers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Refining details such as typography, spacing, hierarchy, states, and responsive behaviour.
What they're looking for
VELZI AI wants someone with strong visual craft who is also comfortable getting technical.
You'll need solid experience with Figma, Framer, and HTML/CSS, along with an understanding of UX principles and component-based design.
You should also be comfortable working quickly, testing ideas rather than over-polishing early concepts, and taking ownership in an environment where the product is still evolving.
Experience with JavaScript, motion design, Lottie, or GSAP would be useful, but isn't essential.
