We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable UX/UI Designer to join our team as the primary design lead. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers to create thoughtful, user-centered designs across both web and mobile. You’ll focus on improving usability, refining conversion flows, and ensuring that every design aligns with client brand guidelines and business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with Product Managers to develop intuitive, effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Identify usability issues and redesign flows to improve clarity, navigation, and conversions.
• Occasionally meet with clients to understand their brand, users, and project goals.
• Support visual design tasks for sales or marketing when needed.
• Serve as the main design resource, guiding decisions and promoting design best practices.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
• Strong UX/UI design skills across web and mobile products.
• Ability to interpret and apply branding guidelines to digital experiences.
• Comfortable speaking with clients to discuss design concepts and user needs.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and conversion-focused thinking.
• Independent, self-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
