As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design process — from research and ideation to final delivery. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on building intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences for a platform used by major enterprises.
What you’ll do
- Design new features and workflows from concept to implementation
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs (Figma)
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Maintain and improve a scalable design system
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and apply UX best practices
- Use AI-assisted tools to speed up iteration and prototyping
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX, ideally in SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong portfolio showing visual craft and UX thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and design collaboration tools
- Experience with research, usability testing, and accessibility standards
- Solid grasp of design systems and responsive design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in finance, ERP, or automation tools
