The Role: UI/UX Designer
We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to improve the user experience in our flagship SaaS app. Our platform helps leaders spot trends, structure meetings, set objectives, and run performance reviews.
Put simply: it’s an information-dense domain, and we need your help to make it digestible, delightful, and impactful for busy professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Product Managers to design features that build on our established design language
- Identify UX improvements and propose thoughtful solutions
- Work with Engineering during technical planning to ensure designs are implemented effectively
- Participate in QA testing to guarantee features deliver the best possible experience
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- 1–2 years of SaaS design experience with Figma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with and extending design libraries
Nice-to-haves:
- 3+ years of SaaS design experience with Figma
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (screen reader enablement, vision impairment support, etc.)
