This job is curated by UX Remote Talent from external sources. We are not affiliated with the employer.

We’re searching for a creative, detail-focused UI/UX designer to help us refresh the homepage of an ecommerce brand serving LGBTQ+ men. If you enjoy clean, structured layouts, intuitive navigation systems, and building smooth mobile experiences in Figma, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign the homepage for both desktop and mobile within our existing Figma file
  • Develop a clear mega menu and a layout focused on conversion and clarity
  • Apply strong visual hierarchy, thoughtful design details, and accessibility fundamentals
  • Collaborate through our project platform and maintain clear, friendly communication

Requirements

  • Solid experience designing for ecommerce (merchandising, navigation, conversion-led design)
  • Excellent English communication skills across writing, speaking, and presenting (Loom required)
  • Advanced Figma knowledge, including Auto Layout, components, and responsive constraints
  • Comfortable designing for an LGBTQ+ men-focused brand
  • Available for occasional quick responses between 9:00 AM–2:00 PM EST

This role begins as a project-based engagement, with the possibility of growing into a full-time position for the right designer.

How to Apply

Please complete the Google Form and include your portfolio and a short Loom video.
In your Loom, tell us:

  • Your first impressions of the current website and what you would improve
  • The visual direction you would explore (tone, typography, colors, layout, CTAs)
  • A brief walkthrough of your Figma workspace and how you organize files and components

We’re excited to collaborate with a designer who can create clean, inclusive, and high-performing work.
