We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who combines a sharp eye for aesthetics with a deep understanding of user behavior. If Figma feels like your second language and you love designing sleek, intuitive digital experiences that users can’t help but enjoy, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to transform ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces that delight users and drive real impact. Your mission? Turn complex problems into clean, elegant designs that people love to use.
What You’ll Do
- Design user-focused interfaces in Figma — from wireframes to polished UI screens.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Expert-level skills in Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.).
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design thinking and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Why You’re a Great Fit
- You obsess over details but always keep the big picture in mind.
- You’re not just a visual designer — you’re a strategic thinker, problem solver, and advocate for users.
- You’re proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely and independently.
- You thrive on feedback and enjoy contributing to a collaborative, feedback-driven team culture.
A Typical Day Might Look Like
- Morning sync with the product team to set sprint priorities.
- Reviewing and refining Figma designs based on feedback.
- Quick Loom or Zoom calls with developers to clarify implementation details.
- Researching competitors or user behavior to inform upcoming features.
- Creating clickable prototypes to test new concepts.
- Organizing your design files and documenting updates before wrapping up.
