About the Role
Tangelo is seeking a UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of end-to-end design across multiple surfaces: the user-facing app, admin dashboard, marketing website, and sales collateral.
You’ll turn ideas and sketches into polished, developer-ready designs in Figma while maintaining a strong focus on usability and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs across product, admin, and web experiences.
- Create and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and design tokens.
- Translate briefs or informal notes into structured design proposals.
- Prepare production-ready assets and documentation for developers.
- Design new website pages and landing page variations that support SEO goals.
- Contribute to marketing and sales visuals for go-to-market initiatives.
- Work independently while sharing daily updates and progress in Figma.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Develop a foundational Figma library with reusable components.
- Deliver a full user flow for a key feature, including edge cases.
- Redesign a core admin module to enhance usability.
- Design and finalize new website pages optimized for desktop and mobile.
- Maintain a consistent rhythm of design delivery and feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UI/UX experience designing SaaS products.
- Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and product design depth.
- Experience designing admin tools or data-heavy dashboards.
- Ability to scope and deliver work from minimal briefs.
- Comfortable with async collaboration and quick feedback loops.
- English level C2 (written and spoken).
- Based in Latin America, with at least 1 hour overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for SEO and web performance.
- Familiarity with Webflow or CMS handoff workflows.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience using FigJam for discovery and ideation.
- Previous collaboration with startup founders or small teams.
