UI/UX Designer (Remote, Fintech)

Payme Swiss AG is a Banking as a Service (BaaS) and Embedded Finance startup delivering next-gen payment solutions for B2B and B2C companies — with a focus on premium and affluent client segments.

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help us build seamless, user-friendly interfaces across our fintech ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product, devs, and stakeholders to shape user-centric solutions
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and hi-fi UI
• Integrate and evolve our design system and brand guidelines
• Conduct usability testing and solve UX issues
• Champion accessibility and design standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Support smooth handoffs to frontend/backend teams
• Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback for ongoing iteration
• Participate in Agile rituals (sprint planning, standups, retros)

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years experience in UI/UX design (esp. enterprise or back-office apps)
• Strong portfolio of complex systems / fintech or B2B tools
• Skilled in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Experience with user research, personas, and data-informed design
• Strong in IA, interaction design, and design system development

Bonus Points For

• Experience in banking, fintech, or payments
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, GDPR, or other regulatory design standards
• Background in data visualization or complex UIs
• Experience with tools like UserTesting, Lookback.io
• Strong grasp of accessibility and inclusive design
