UI Visual Designer

Superside is seeking a UI Visual Designer to join its Web Services team. In this role, you’ll transform UX concepts and brand strategies into polished, user-focused digital experiences. From websites to landing pages and interactive interfaces, you’ll create visuals that are both elegant and highly usable.

You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to produce impactful work for leading global brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity layouts for websites, landing pages, product interfaces, and other digital platforms.
• Apply brand guidelines to build consistent, scalable UI components and layouts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Create interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design direction.
• Use AI-powered tools (such as Figma plugins and generative design platforms) to streamline workflows.
• Ensure all designs follow best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
• Experiment, innovate, and share design insights with the team.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in digital/UI design, with a portfolio showing strong work across websites and digital interfaces.
• Advanced skills in Figma and familiarity with AI tools for design optimization.
• Proven ability to collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, typography, and brand application.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to design both visually simple pages and more complex layouts involving business logic.
• Curiosity and openness to integrating AI into the design process.
