OpenTrain AI is looking for people who can produce natural, high-quality US English recordings to help improve speech recognition and conversational AI. If you've worked in voice-over, podcasting, narration, audio production, or any role where audio quality matters, your experience could be a great fit.
No background in AI is required.
Your role
You'll record voice samples that sound natural, consistent, and easy for AI systems to learn from. Depending on the project, you may record different types of scripts, adjust your speaking style, and review your own recordings before submission.
You'll also:
- Maintain consistent pronunciation, pacing, and tone.
- Check recordings for technical quality.
- Perform basic audio cleanup when necessary.
- Organize and label audio files correctly.
- Share feedback that helps improve recording quality and future scripts.
Who they're looking for
This role is best suited to someone who already feels comfortable working with audio.
You should have:
- Experience with voice recording, narration, podcasting, voice-over, or audio production.
- Good knowledge of recording equipment and basic audio editing.
- An ear for clarity, pacing, pronunciation, and sound quality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage your own workload remotely.
Experience with AI isn't expected—your recording skills are what matter most.
