The Role

We’re hiring a User Experience Researcher to lead mixed-methods research across the patient and provider journey. This role is central to shaping how AI responsibly enhances therapy—strengthening human connection while expanding access and improving outcomes. You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, and data teams, turning insights into strategy that drives innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead generative and evaluative research to inform design and roadmap decisions.
  • Investigate how patients and providers engage with care before, during, and after sessions.
  • Explore opportunities for AI-driven experiences that increase access, trust, and engagement.
  • Translate complex research into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners.
  • Advise leadership on strategic experience questions and opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years in UX research within product organizations.
  • Skilled in qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience researching AI/ML-powered experiences (e.g., trust, explainability, human-AI collaboration).
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to influence at the executive level.

Preferred:

  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or high-growth consumer tech.
  • Experience with large-scale experimentation or lean innovation.
  • Published thought leadership or talks in AI/UX research.
  • Knowledge of speech, multimodal, or conversational interfaces.
