The Role
We’re looking for a UX Analyst to help us understand our users better and ensure their voices directly shape our products. You’ll gather insights from customer interactions, reviews, surveys, and other feedback channels, then turn them into clear, actionable recommendations for our Product and Design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and organize user feedback from multiple sources (support tickets, reviews, surveys, sales calls, etc.).
  • Identify recurring pain points, opportunities, and trends across the customer journey.
  • Present findings and insights to Product and Design teams in a clear and actionable way.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize issues based on user impact and urgency.
  • Maintain and improve our internal systems for tracking and categorizing user feedback.
  • Advocate for the customer voice across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in UX research, data analysis, customer insights, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns in both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about improving user experiences.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Familiarity with customer experience (CX) or Voice of Customer (VoC) tools.
  • Knowledge of UX design principles.
  • Experience with usability testing or user interviews.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycles.
