The Role
As a UX/AI Designer I, you’ll craft user-centric experiences for Saviynt’s SaaS platform, including AI-driven conversational interfaces. You’ll design everything from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity deliverables, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform.
Success in this role requires strong UX/UI skills, collaboration, self-motivation, and an iterative, agile design mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect final designs based on product and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects while aligning with the software roadmap.
- Contribute to and maintain Saviynt’s design system and pattern library.
- QA designs post-development to ensure visual and interactive quality.
- Develop personas, user journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in web-based, product-centric companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI process and final deliverables.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Ability to work collaboratively across time zones.
- Strong conceptual thinking, design velocity, and iterative approach.
Desired Experience
- Designing complex data structures and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Creating AI/LLM-driven user experiences.
- Experience with cybersecurity, identity, and access management products.
- Familiarity with user research, data collection, and validation methods.
- Knowledge of databases, programming, or enterprise technical products.
