About the Role
Saviynt is looking for a UX/AI Designer to shape intuitive, user-centered experiences within its SaaS platform. You’ll design for both traditional interfaces and emerging AI-driven interactions, collaborating closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver elegant and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs for new features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with business goals and product vision.
  • Maintain and expand Saviynt’s design system and component library.
  • Conduct QA reviews after development to ensure visual and interactive accuracy.
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI conversational experiences within the product.
  • Translate complex data structures into clear, user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience designing web-based, product-focused experiences.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking and visual excellence.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with user-centered design principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-based design.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or identity management domains.
  • Understanding of data visualization and complex information hierarchies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000–$115,000 USD per year
