As Senior UX Copywriter, you’ll craft user-friendly, jargon-free content that brings our brand voice to life across our web and mobile apps. You’ll collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to shape product experiences from concept to launch—balancing long-term content strategy with day-to-day execution.
What you’ll do:
- Write clear, human-centered UX copy across interfaces, emails, notifications, and help docs
- Shape and evolve our voice and tone guidelines
- Participate in ideation, design reviews, and user testing
- Advocate for content decisions in cross-functional settings
- Ensure compliance in partnership with legal teams
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years in UX writing with a strong portfolio showing brand personality in product
- Skilled in user research and applying insights to content
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Financial industry experience is a plus
