Role Overview
- Lead UX design for an unannounced game project.
- Shape immersive and engaging experiences for a global player base.
- Influence studio-wide UX quality and vision across platforms (PC, Console, Mobile).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and champion UX quality across the studio.
- Lead UX vision in a cross-functional development environment.
- Collaborate with all disciplines and levels, influencing design decisions.
- Develop scalable UX frameworks supporting multiple platforms.
- Present data-informed design decisions and validate designs with the team.
- Benchmark competitor games and apply insights to improve UX.
- Create and iterate on prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and progression systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years in live service game UX design.
- Experience leading and mentoring UX teams.
- Prioritize player diversity and accessibility in design decisions.
- Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experienced in AAA game UX/UI.
- Mobile game and Unreal Engine knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable prototyping in game engines.

- Directly reports to the Game Director.
