Help shape enterprise products used around the world
Xebia is looking for a UX Designer to lead discovery, user research, and design strategy for large-scale enterprise products. In this role, you'll work on digital solutions used in complex environments, helping transform research insights into intuitive experiences while collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
You'll join an international, AI-first consultancy that partners with global brands to build innovative digital products, data platforms, and cloud solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Lead UX discovery through user research, field studies, and heuristic evaluations.
- Define user needs, problem statements, and product direction based on research findings.
- Design and maintain scalable Design Systems aligned with corporate branding.
- Create rapid prototypes to validate concepts during early product development.
- Establish usability, accessibility, and UX quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure consistent implementation of design components.
- Mentor and review the work of other designers while promoting design best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications, including PWAs.
- Strong background in user research and usability testing.
- Experience creating or contributing to Design Systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and component-based design.
- Ability to solve complex UX challenges while balancing business and user needs.
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- At least 1 year of experience working remotely.
- English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to improve design workflows.
- Eligibility to work within the European Union.
Nice to have
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with usability metrics or A/B testing.
- Contributions to the UX community through conferences, workshops, or meetups.
- Experience integrating Generative AI into product development workflows.
- Interest in AI-powered design and workflow automation.
