Marketcloud is looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive web and mobile experiences, working across the full design process from early user flows and research through interactive prototypes and polished interfaces.
The role combines hands-on UX/UI design with user research, usability testing and design systems work, making it a good fit for a designer comfortable moving between understanding a problem and delivering the final experience.
What you'll be working on
You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers and other stakeholders to turn product requirements and user needs into clear digital experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing responsive web and mobile experiences
- Creating wireframes, user flows and detailed mockups
- Building interactive prototypes to explore and validate solutions
- Conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions
- Participating in usability testing and iterating based on feedback
- Maintaining and extending design systems and component libraries
- Ensuring accessibility, responsiveness and consistency across products
- Presenting concepts and explaining your design rationale to stakeholders
Figma is a core skill for this role
Marketcloud is specifically looking for strong Figma proficiency, including hands-on experience with components, Auto Layout, prototyping and design systems.
You'll need to use these capabilities not only to create individual interfaces, but also to build consistent patterns that can scale across web and mobile products.

What Marketcloud is looking for
Candidates should have at least 3 years of UX/UI Design experience and a strong understanding of the principles behind usable digital products.
Key requirements include:
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI experience
- Strong Figma skills
- Understanding of information architecture
- Strong interaction design fundamentals
- Experience designing responsive web applications
- Experience designing for mobile
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable components
- User research and usability testing experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio
A strong portfolio is required.
For this position, your case studies should ideally demonstrate end-to-end UX work—showing how you moved from understanding users and structuring flows through prototyping, testing and final interface design, rather than presenting only finished screens.
Location
This is a remote contract opportunity for candidates based in Europe.
