The Role
We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our cross-functional Product Trio (Product Manager, Engineer, Designer). You’ll lead the usability and experience side of our product — designing web and native features that make alignment seamless for users.
What You’ll Do
- Lead user research and usability testing to identify key pain points
- Create user personas, journey maps, and UX strategies across different product models
- Design intuitive and visually compelling UX/UI for a multi-role platform
- Rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback and user behavior
- Build and maintain a design system for consistency
- Collaborate closely with engineers from handoff to QA
- Use real-world usage data to refine and improve features post-launch
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX Design
- Strong research, interaction design, and information architecture skills
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Experience in fast-paced, product-led teams (ideally startups)
- A passion for building engaging learning and mentorship experiences
- Comfortable working between 10am–6pm GMT (5am–1pm ET) for team collaboration
