Vable is hiring a UX Designer to join their remote-first team. This is your chance to shape meaningful user experiences in a SaaS platform used by law firms, consultancies, and government bodies to manage information overload.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery to delivery.
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, feedback, and data analysis.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Miro.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and priorities.
  • Continuously audit and improve existing workflows to enhance the overall UX.
  • Contribute to Vable’s evolving design system and maintain design consistency across platforms.
  • Mentor and support a UI Designer, and help foster a strong design culture across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/product design, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Strong portfolio showing strategic UX thinking, interaction design, and application of research insights.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and behavior-tracking tools (e.g. Hotjar, FullStory).
  • Confident communicator, able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficient with Figma, FigJam, Miro or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech or B2B SaaS.
  • Background working in a startup or scale-up team.
