What You’ll Do
- Design complex, configurable SaaS interfaces from research to final handoff
- Advocate for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and intuitive workflows
- Integrate ethical AI features (recommendations, NLP, etc.)
- Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Work with product, engineering, and data science teams
- Contribute to and evolve Agiloft’s Design System
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3+ years in UX/UI for enterprise SaaS (B2B)
- Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud expertise
- Accessibility-focused design (WCAG compliance)
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows
- Strong portfolio with complex interface examples
- Excellent research, collaboration, and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have:
- CLM, LegalTech, or enterprise software experience
- Experience with AI/ML features (search, recommendations)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Snowflake
