Help educators unlock the power of data.
At Doowii, we believe every educator should be empowered to use data with confidence and clarity. Our platform reimagines data analytics for K–12 and Higher Ed, transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive better decisions—for teachers, students, and entire learning communities.
We’re building tools that are intuitive, impactful, and designed for real people. That’s where you come in.

You’ll design clear, intuitive interfaces that help users interact with data confidently and effectively. If you’re passionate about education, usability, and solving complex problems, we’d love to meet you.

- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape product direction
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine your designs
- Contribute to and maintain our growing design system and style guides
- Advocate for accessibility and design best practices across the team
- Stay current on design tools, trends, and technologies
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work
- Deep experience using Figma to create prototypes, UI kits, and design systems
- Strong grasp of user-centered design, responsive interfaces, and accessibility principles
- Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Problem-solver mindset with sharp attention to detail and a love of iteration
Bonus Points For
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or platforms involving complex data or dashboards
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Interest in building for both K–12 and Higher Ed audiences
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary + new-hire equity grant
- Open PTO policy and company holidays
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
- A supportive, mission-driven team culture
- Career growth support through goal-setting, feedback, and mentorship
- 100% remote work flexibility (U.S.-based)
