Join a fast-moving team at the foundational stage of a brand-new product line. As a Junior Product Designer, you'll help shape early user experiences, working across the full design process — from discovery through delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end design for a new product: discovery, research, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and business teams to define vision and requirements
- Use user-centered design principles backed by research and insights
- Present concepts, user flows, and design rationale to various stakeholders
- Stay organized and proactive across multiple tasks and timelines
- Contribute to team best practices and design process improvements
What They’re Looking For
- Strong UX/UI portfolio showing full-process thinking
- Familiarity with or experience in user research
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable presenting work to diverse, cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and adaptive team player
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise product design experience (must-have)
- Healthcare industry background (nice-to-have)
Compensation: $35–$40/hour (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
