MeridianLink is hiring a UX Designer to improve key digital experiences across online loan and bank account applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex workflows and crafting thoughtful, user-centered design in the financial space.
What you’ll do
- Design and optimize user experiences for digital financial products
- Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Figma and Axure
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
- Present design concepts and defend design decisions
- Participate in grooming sessions and ensure high-quality implementation
- Produce storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and templates
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of professional UX design experience
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Comfortable working independently and handling moderately complex problems
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Experience applying user research to design decisions
- Familiarity with Figma, Axure, or similar tools
Nice to have
- Background in financial services or other complex industries
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, and problem-solving
