UX Designer

MeridianLink is hiring a UX Designer to improve key digital experiences across online loan and bank account applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex workflows and crafting thoughtful, user-centered design in the financial space.

What you’ll do

• Design and optimize user experiences for digital financial products
• Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Figma and Axure
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Present design concepts and defend design decisions
• Participate in grooming sessions and ensure high-quality implementation
• Produce storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and templates

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of professional UX design experience
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Comfortable working independently and handling moderately complex problems
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
• Experience applying user research to design decisions
• Familiarity with Figma, Axure, or similar tools

Nice to have

• Background in financial services or other complex industries
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, and problem-solving
