Thera is building a powerful ecosystem of financial apps designed to run modern businesses—from global payroll to treasury, spend management, and invoicing—all integrated into one seamless platform.
We’re seeking a skilled UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience to create elegant, intuitive user experiences across Thera’s suite of financial tools. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering teams to simplify complex business workflows into clean, user-friendly interfaces. Ideal candidates are systems thinkers with sharp product intuition, great attention to detail, and a passion for functional, thoughtful design.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX design for one or more Thera products from early concept through to launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, prototype, and iterate on user flows
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Help maintain and grow our shared design system
- Advocate for user-centric design across the company
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in UX or product design
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to handle complex workflows with clean, effective visual design
- Experience designing web applications or business software tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation
- $20K–$100K (depending on experience)
