About the role
As a UX Designer at EngFlow, you will own and shape the user experience across our suite of developer productivity tools. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and customers to make complex systems intuitive and efficient—directly impacting how developers use our products every day.
What you’ll do
- Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research with engineers to understand workflows and pain points.
- Translate technical complexity into simple, usable interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to align designs with product goals.
- Develop and maintain EngFlow’s design system and visual language.
- Advocate for user-centered design in a highly technical environment.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience designing UX for complex, technical products (developer tools, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software preferred).
- A portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design process, problem-solving, and end-to-end delivery.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing with technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and prototyping.
