Role Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our client-focused team. You will turn research and insights into intuitive, user-centered experiences while supporting client business goals. This role requires collaboration with designers, developers, writers, and producers to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams to understand project requirements and define the best possible user experiences.
  • Translate business goals into wireframes, prototypes, site maps, and user flows.
  • Use analytics, user research, competitor insights, and best practices to inform design decisions.
  • Create UX documentation and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Build and iterate high-quality wireframes and digital prototypes using stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate UX performance and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain and optimize information architectures for client projects.
  • Apply knowledge of industry trends, e-commerce, and tourism best practices to enhance client solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in UX design, experience architecture, or similar roles.
  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, UX Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility principles, W3C guidelines, and responsive design.
  • Ability to present complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and motivated.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, PageSense, Clarity, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
  • UI design skills.
