Zipdev is looking for a UX/UI Designer who can bring structure and consistency to an evolving product interface. The current design has grown without a unified system, resulting in visual and structural inconsistencies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys transforming unorganized design files into scalable systems and creating clear, cohesive user experiences.
You will take ownership of the existing Figma project, reorganize it into a component-based design system, and ensure consistent execution across all product surfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Organize the existing Figma project into a clean, scalable, component-driven design system
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes based on requirements provided by the Business Analyst
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation
- Maintain and expand the design system as the product evolves
- Ensure UX/UI consistency across all screens, with a strong focus on usability and interaction quality
Requirements
- Advanced English (C1+ level)
- 2+ years of experience in UX design or a similar role
- Strong understanding of user research and usability testing methods
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Ability to produce wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of web and mobile design principles and best practices
- Ability to implement user feedback into design solutions
- Must be based in Latin America
