A leading Fortune 500 healthcare company is looking for a UX Designer to help shape and enhance the experience of their digital products. This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

This role is ideal for designers eager to apply their skills to meaningful projects that improve lives through healthcare innovation. You'll work alongside product, engineering, and design teams to ensure that user needs are at the core of every solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Translate research insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Design user interfaces for complex, data-heavy platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to explain design decisions and advocate for user needs
  • Help maintain consistency through shared design standards and systems
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals
  • Contribute to UX workshops and design thinking sessions

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, engineering, computer science) OR equivalent experience
  • 0–2 years of UX/UI design experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
  • Strong grasp of UX principles and an ability to solve usability challenges
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating your design thinking and process (not just final visuals)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or medical-related applications
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator
