Netflix is hiring a UX Designer to join its Enterprise XD team, focused on tools that support live event operations and production. In this role, you’ll design internal products that enable Netflix to scale live event streaming, including sports, comedy shows, and more. You'll work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to build tools used by highly technical users.
Responsibilities:
- Design user experiences for enterprise web tools supporting live events
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams throughout the design process
- Conduct user research, prototype, and test design solutions
- Translate complex workflows into elegant, scalable interfaces
- Apply and contribute to existing design systems
- Travel monthly to Los Angeles or Los Gatos for team collaboration
Requirements:
- 4+ years designing enterprise web applications
- Experience designing tools involving AI, data science, or ML workflows
- Proficient with Figma (Autolayout, DevMode, Variables, etc.)
- Strong interaction design, visual design, and UX problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technical complexity and ambiguity
- Solid portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX work
- Based in the U.S. and available to work PST hours
Nice to have: Experience in live streaming or broadcast production tools
Compensation: Salary range from $120,000–$515,000/year, depending on experience and role alignment. Netflix also offers flexible stock options, health coverage, and generous time off policies.
