UX Research Synthesis Specialist

OpenTrain AI is looking for a UX Research Synthesis Specialist to apply professional UX research expertise to the development of AI systems.

Turn complex research into actionable insights

A major part of the role involves taking large or sometimes conflicting sets of UX evidence and determining what actually matters.

You'll use professional research judgment to:

• Analyze user research and identify recurring patterns
• Surface user needs and product opportunities
• Synthesize complex or conflicting research findings
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and UX audits
• Produce usability reports and research summaries
