The Role
As a UX Researcher, you'll help ensure every product decision is rooted in a clear understanding of user needs. You'll conduct research studies, usability testing, and analytics reviews to uncover insights and translate them into clear design directions.
This role combines deep user empathy with analytical thinking. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements and improve product experiences that truly help veterinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research efforts: interviews, usability tests, session analysis, and surveys
- Identify user challenges and opportunities through both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Translate insights into wireframes, flows, and actionable specifications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life
- Help shape product strategy by providing evidence-based recommendations
- Track how users interact with the platform and suggest improvements
- Promote research best practices across teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in UX research, design, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn findings into clear actions
- Experience with tools like Figma, Excel, FullStory (or similar)
- Organized, curious, and user-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range
$70,000–$100,000/year (plus bonus, equity, and full benefits). Colorado-specific range: $75,000–$85,000/year. Final compensation depends on experience and location.
