OpenTrain AI is looking for UX Researchers to contribute their expertise to AI training projects. What you'll do
As a UX Researcher for AI Training, you'll combine traditional UX research methods with AI evaluation work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Designing and running usability studies for digital products.
- Evaluating user experiences and interface quality.
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative research findings.
- Turning research insights into practical design recommendations.
- Creating personas, journey maps, reports, and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborating with designers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Providing expert feedback that helps improve AI systems' understanding of user experience.

- Professional experience in UX Research or User Research.
- Experience planning and conducting usability testing.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies and design thinking.
