Role Overview:
We are seeking a UX Researcher to design and conduct research that informs and improves our products and experiences. You will lead research studies, analyze findings, and provide actionable insights that guide product decisions across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute research studies using usability testing, interviews, diary studies, and other methods
• Manage the full research lifecycle: scoping, recruiting participants, data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research goals and questions
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Communicate findings clearly to teams, including leadership

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human Factors
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, HCI, Anthropology, or related fields
• Skilled in qualitative or mixed-methods research, including both evaluative and generative studies
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating your research process and impact
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with remote research/testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, dscout, UserZoom)
• Curiosity and passion for understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Bonus: familiarity with quantitative research methods (surveys, analytics)
