About the Role
Koru is looking for a UX Researcher who enjoys tackling complex systems and shaping products through data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end research projects—from discovery to usability testing—and translate findings into actionable design recommendations for enterprise-scale products used across the US.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research across discovery, concept validation, and usability testing.
- Conduct interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping sessions.
- Turn insights into personas, service blueprints, and clear research outputs.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers.
- Help evolve the research practice and mentor junior teammates.
- Work directly with US-based users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on UX research experience (not including academic work).
- Experience with enterprise or B2B products (SaaS, healthcare, or platforms).
- Strong ability to work with ambiguity and structure complex problem spaces.
- Experience creating journey maps, user flows, and service blueprints.
- Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
