UX Researcher

About the Role
Koru is looking for a UX Researcher who enjoys tackling complex systems and shaping products through data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end research projects—from discovery to usability testing—and translate findings into actionable design recommendations for enterprise-scale products used across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research across discovery, concept validation, and usability testing.
• Conduct interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping sessions.
• Turn insights into personas, service blueprints, and clear research outputs.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers.
• Help evolve the research practice and mentor junior teammates.
• Work directly with US-based users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on UX research experience (not including academic work).
• Experience with enterprise or B2B products (SaaS, healthcare, or platforms).
• Strong ability to work with ambiguity and structure complex problem spaces.
• Experience creating journey maps, user flows, and service blueprints.
• Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
