Scroll is building a developer-friendly Layer 2 solution for Ethereum, focused on zkRollup technology. Our mission is to help scale Ethereum while keeping it secure, efficient, and accessible. The Role
We’re looking for a UX/UI Design Lead to take ownership of our design process across web and mobile. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives — from user flows to UI mockups — and shape the product’s experience at every step.
You’ll also help set the design bar, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship impactful features.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX and UI design across Scroll’s core products
- Drive research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UIs
- Conduct user research (interviews, testing, surveys, etc.)
- Create cohesive, scalable design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, marketers)
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in product design (UX & UI), including live product experience
- 2+ years of design team leadership or mentorship
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Framer, or similar
- Skilled in user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and design storytelling skills
- Bonus: Familiar with blockchain, Ethereum, or Web3 tools
