Join the User Experience team at J.D. Power to create intuitive, user-centered digital products that align with both user needs and business goals. This is a 13-month remote contract role ideal for a collaborative designer who thrives in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain responsive UX/UI solutions across web, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design documentation
- Conduct and interpret usability testing and user research
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across design, engineering, and business teams
- Present and defend design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Support marketing initiatives through digital and print design assets
What They’re Looking For
- Solid grasp of UX principles, including IA, usability, HCD, and visual design
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience conducting and applying user research
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle feedback constructively and iterate quickly
