Statisfy is looking for a UX/UI Designer who can merge creativity, technical skill, and user empathy into impactful product experiences. In this role, you’ll lead user research efforts and translate insights into intuitive, visually compelling designs for our agentic automation platform. Your work will directly shape how B2B customers engage with our product, ensuring a seamless, consistent, and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align business goals with user needs.
- Design user-centered UI/UX elements for the automation platform, delivering clarity and engagement.
- Produce and refine visual designs, layouts, and branding assets.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and design consistency.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, applying insights to improve design solutions.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies relevant to SaaS and AI.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX expertise and thoughtful design decisions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
