UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who can transform complex financial products into seamless, user-centered experiences. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive designs that make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant design solutions
• Create user flows, journey maps, personas, wireframes, and prototypes to guide product direction
• Design web and mobile experiences in Figma, using AI-driven tools to accelerate workflows
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize feedback into actionable improvements
• Ensure design consistency across platforms, including our AEM-powered portal
• Apply accessibility best practices (W3C standards) and recommend improvements for existing designs
• Present and explain design iterations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile projects
• Proficiency in Figma (and comfort using AI features like Figma Make)
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
• Knowledge of design systems, web patterns, and accessibility standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and development teams
• Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a bonus
