We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help shape our web portal, tablet and mobile applications, and overall branding. This role is about designing user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces that deliver an exceptional experience. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers, combining research, design, and collaboration to create products that stand out.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
- Collect user feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, tools, and trends.
- Document processes to support knowledge sharing and future improvements.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
- Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions.
