UX/UI Designer

Keeper Security is looking for a creative and visionary UX/UI Designer to help shape the next generation of our cybersecurity products. This is a 100% remote position, with hybrid options for candidates near our global headquarters in Chicago.

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll work closely with our Head of Product Design to reimagine how users interact with cybersecurity, turning complex security processes into simple, human-centered experiences.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to solve complex challenges.

Your designs will directly impact how people protect their digital lives, helping users feel confident and secure online. You’ll see your work applied across Keeper’s ecosystem, improving user experience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define user requirements, project goals, and design direction.
• Lead the end-to-end design process: ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze findings to inform design decisions.
• Create personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs effectively.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Keep up to date with UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Design responsive layouts for web, desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and presentation.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of responsive design across multiple devices.
• Ability to solve problems, adapt to feedback, and learn complex systems.
• Passion for creating elegant, impactful user experiences with attention to detail.
