About the Role
Piktochart is looking for a UX/UI Designer to help craft seamless, engaging product experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to design and refine Piktochart’s web application, contributing across the full design process—from research and wireframes to polished user interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Translate user needs and business goals into clear design concepts and end-to-end experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and identify pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance usability and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Continuously improve the product experience through feedback, data, and iteration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within SaaS or web applications.
  • Proven ability to identify user challenges and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and UX best practices.
  • Skilled in ideation, rapid prototyping, and iterative design processes.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
