This job is curated by UX Remote Talent from external sources. We are not affiliated with the employer.

Join our remote Product Design team at SkySlope, where we transform complex real estate processes into software experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and enjoyable to use.

As a key member of our design team, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create solutions that are scalable, human-centered, and impactful.

We’re looking for a designer who’s curious, collaborative, and confident in navigating ambiguity. You bring structure to complexity, communicate ideas clearly, and use feedback and data to guide your design decisions. You care about craft — but you also care about shipping.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape user experiences across SkySlope’s product ecosystem — from discovery and wireframes to final UI implementation.
  • Translate business and user goals into clear, testable design solutions.
  • Produce detailed wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and documentation that align design intent with development needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to design for web-responsive and mobile applications.
  • Conduct lightweight usability testing and validation to refine interactions and improve usability.
  • Participate in Agile and Lean design processes to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices within the team.
  • Contribute to our design system, building reusable components and maintaining visual consistency.
  • Explore AI-assisted tools and workflows to speed up ideation and iteration.
  • Design ethically sound AI-powered user experiences, prioritizing clarity, trust, and user control.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product design and UX
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • A portfolio showcasing your design process, UX documentation, and shipped work
  • Advanced skills in Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong understanding of responsive/adaptive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Experience working within and maintaining design systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Up-to-date with modern design trends and generative AI tools

Bonus:

  • Experience designing for fintech, real estate, or data-heavy applications
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind

Compensation

💰 $115,000 – $145,000 USD / year (based on experience)
