Zipdev is looking for a UX/UI Designer to bring structure, consistency, and scalability to our product’s front-end design. Our current interface has grown organically, resulting in visual and structural inconsistencies. You’ll take ownership of the Figma project, building a component-based design system that delivers a unified and user-friendly experience for both developers and end users.
This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity, thrives in systematizing design, and has a passion for user-centered design and visual precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize the existing Figma project into a reusable, scalable design system.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes based on requirements from the Business Analyst.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain and evolve the design system as new components and features are added.
- Ensure UX/UI consistency across all product interfaces, focusing on usability and interaction quality.
Requirements
- High English level (C1+).
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of web and mobile design principles and modern best practices.
- Critical thinking and the ability to incorporate user feedback into design solutions.
- Must be located in Latam.
